Building a business in Shropshire has been an incredible journey. This vibrant community has always inspired me, and I believe in the power of giving back and adding value wherever I can. It's a simple philosophy – when one of us thrives, we all benefit.

My mission is to ensure success and opportunity are spread far and wide across Shropshire. Whether that’s through supporting young people in business, reinforcing organisations or elevating causes to maximise their results, inside and outside of Reech.

Shropshire isn't just where I built my business; it's my home. I've travelled extensively, but I wouldn't trade this county for anything. That's why Reech is proudly headquartered here, with 90% of our team calling Shropshire home. We're hugely passionate about supporting our local community and giving back to our home. Every year we pledge 1% of our yearly turnover to Shropshire charities and not-for-profit organisations, ensuring we play a positive role in the future of Shropshire.

I launched Reech and Reward so that each year the agency could partner with a single Shropshire-based charity, injecting them with a £10,000 boost of strategic marketing expertise. This allows us to laser-focus our efforts and ensure their message resonates with the widest possible audience.

In just two years, Reech & Reward has empowered local organisations like the Shrewsbury Food Hub and Brightstar to reach new heights. By supercharging these local heroes, we can set them on a new course to continue empowering our community.

Throughout the years, I have led a number of community projects at Reech with the aim of positively impacting both organisations and individuals. Here are examples of our latest work.

Lingen Davies

We have been working with and supporting Lingen Davies for years, and a recent brand creation and rollout for a 10-mile fundraising trek saw them reach 55K people through social media and in turn raise £24K in aid of cancer services. Through innovative branding, in-depth strategy and varied PR, we helped the Lingen team smash their targets for this initiative.

The King’s Awards for Enterprise

We’re proud to have been supporting the King’s Awards for Enterprise as a marketing partner since they began the initiative. Having designed and developed a bespoke website, supported by a downloadable digital brochure, social media assets and media capture, the organisation has seen a transformation through success.

A hugely popular fundraiser that brings the community together for a friendly bit of competition on the bowling lanes, all while raising crucial funds to fight prostate cancer right here in Shropshire. Every penny counts, and it's incredibly rewarding to support such a worthy cause by bringing local businesses together.
